Chuck (チャック, Chakku) is a kissable Underground Resident located in Long Life Town, District 3, Yabu Hospital.
His home hole is immediately visible in the corner of the hospital once the player enters.
Profile and Appearance[]
Chuck is a limber man in shackles, which is secured to a chain that is suspended from the ceiling. He is in a full-body, black gimp suit that has closed zippers over his two eyes and mouth, leaving only his nose uncovered.
Peering into his home while he is inside will pan down to show Chuck hanging from the underground ceiling. His room is sparse aside from five giant zippers that decorate his floors and walls.
His profile reads:

How to Kiss[]
Chuck comes out of the hospital floor at 7:30PM, where he is able to "move" by what could be a conveyer mechanism on the ceiling that pulls him towards the wall to face it. Not moving anywhere else, he'll eventually leave at 8:30PM.
Behavior and Viva Conditions[]
Once Chuck makes his way toward the poster at the back of Yabu Hospital, he'll stay stressed for a moment. Here, Poor Boy should approach him slowly and wait. When he finally turns around, there's a chance he'll Viva. (It is possible, but unconfirmed, that looking at the poster beforehand is required.)

Trivia[]
- In the official Japanese guidebook, the following points are listed under "Notes of Observation" for Chuck: "Particular about what is healthy. Fairly masochistic. Never been more happy to be in pain."
- ”Chuck” is a way to refer to zippers in Japan as the name comes from a line of fasteners. This naming is said to be derived from “巾着” (kinchaku), the word for “pouch”.
